2-Day Ride: Rajac Mountain

The Ride in Detail

Rajac Mountain, officially recognized as a “landscape of exceptional qualities,” lives up to its name. Over two days of riding (around 6-7 hours each), you’ll experience its beauty up close, through shady forest trails, rolling hills, and breathtaking panoramic views.

Day 1 takes us on two rewarding climbs, with plenty of chances to enjoy the rhythm of the ride. At the top, the meadows open wide, inviting an exhilarating gallop that truly feels like being on top of the world. We’ll stop for a picnic lunch along the way and later reach the summit at 848 meters, the perfect spot for photos. Our day ends with a warm welcome, a hearty local dinner, and a cozy overnight stay at Stari Konak in the village of Ba.

Day 2 follows part of the same route (about 30% of the roads we took on the way up) as we begin our return journey. We’ll once again pause for lunch at the summit of Rajac, giving you another chance to savor the views before descending through quiet forests and valleys back toward the ranch.
