Practical Info
Everything you need to know before you saddle up.
What to Bring
Riding helmet
If you prefer to wear one, please bring your own. We don’t provide riding helmets.
Comfortable shoes or boots for both riding and walking
Many rides include stretches where you’ll dismount and walk beside your horse.
Rain jacket or waterproof layer
Especially useful in the rainy season.
Sun protection
Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light scarf or cap. UV levels can get very high in the summer months.
Comfortable riding clothes
Jeans work especially well in our Western saddles, as they prevent rubbing and give a secure seat. Breathable layers are also recommended.
Gloves (optional)
Riding gloves can help prevent blisters during long days in the saddle.
GoPro camera or drone
If you have one of these, we strongly recommend bringing it to capture some awesome shots!
